The newly built industrial park contains several white flat-roof factories. Its supporting asphalt parking lots have been marked with lines for regular and accessible parking spaces, with some areas still under land leveling work. The park is surrounded by contiguous farmland, grassland, small waters and woods, with wide open views on sunny days.
