The old wooden cabins are built of weathered dark brown solid wood planks, raised by stone piles at the bottom, equipped with porches and wooden steps, and have multi-pane glass windows on the walls, with obvious traces of long-term erosion. They are located on open green grass, surrounded by tall trees covered with Spanish moss, another cabin of the same style can be seen in the distance, with fences and country roads around the area.
