This is a large public cultural complex located by the sea. The main building adopts a futuristic special-shaped design, with an open rooftop green square on the top. Coastal walkways and viewing platforms are built next to the building, surrounded by green landscapes and ancillary buildings with glass curtain walls. Maritime exhibits such as navigation beacons are also displayed on the site. The overall space is open, and can undertake multiple functions including cultural exhibition, public service, leisure and sightseeing.
