This is an abandoned half-finished concrete building after construction suspension. Its main structure has been completed, including concrete columns, ceilings and walls. Doors and windows are installed in some areas, and part of the wall keel has been built. Concrete steps lead to the building from the outdoor space. Wild vegetation has invaded the ground floor of the building, with discarded construction materials scattered on the ground. There are obvious aging traces and water stains on the walls and ceilings, showing a long-term deserted state.
